The Andover and District Branch of the British Heart Foundation held a sponsored walk to mark "Health Awareness Week."
The walk started from South St Carpark in Andover and, depending on the enthusiasm of the walker, was either 3 miles or eight miles long, going south towards Wherwell, and ending up at the Salvation Army Citadel in Andover.
33 walkers and a dog took part, raising £1750.
"I am grateful to Brian Page, BHF Chairman, for planning and marking up the route, and to his team for all the arrangements. Not only will those who take part do their own health a power of good with this invigorating walk, but by raising money for BHF they will also help others."
