Over 400 visitors attended the Macmillan Coffee Morning held at Farleigh School, Red Rice. The coffee morning was combined with a market with 32 stalls, selling a wide range of toys, clothes and other gifts. £2400 was raised.
"This was one of many coffee mornings held in the constituency, proving that the Macmillan Coffee Morning is now part of the country's tradition. The hospice at Andover Hospital, as well as Basingstoke Hospital, have benefitted from the generosity of Macmillan so local people attending the mornings know that their donations are recycled to help improve local services."
