MP's GET TO GRIPS WITH HEART DISEASE

At the reception of the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Heart Disease, hosted by the British Heart Foundation at Westminster, MPs met representatives of a number of different heart organisations who work in the many different areas of heart health and heart disease and were able to learn more about the causes, preventative measures, treatment and care of heart patients.

"Heart disease impacts on the lives of many people in North West Hampshire, and I want every patient to get high quality diagnosis, treatment and care."

The All Party Group aims to inform MP's about heart disease, the single most common cause of death in the UK and to encourage and promote work undertaken to prevent heart disease and improve its diagnosis and treatment.
