Shopmobility raise funds in Chantry Centre
15 Nov 2002
Shopmobility - the voluntary organisation that provides powered chairs for shoppers with mobility difficulties in Andover town Centre - was raising funds for the scheme in the Chantry Centre.
"Those who benefit from these vehicles are not just those with permanent mobility problems, but people recovering from operations and fractures. Funds are always tight, and I was delighted to hear that £180 was raised in the first day.
Judith Enwisle's finger puppers are very popular with our grandchildren, so I stocked up."
