Andover Riding for the Disabled holds Daffodil Day
30 Mar 2003
Funds were raised for ARD by two families who opened their grounds to the public to see a sensational display of daffodils - and other spring flowers.
"It was so kind of the Maclays and the Munro-Davies' to allow us to share their gardens and woodland walks with them - and so to raise several hundred pounds for Andover Riding for the Disabled".

ARD was started in 1972 by Dinah Murdoch and friends with a group of children from Icknield School in Andover. Over the years, the Group has expanded and has twelve groups in the area - six for children and six for adults. Riders range from aged 2 to 72.

Volunteers are need to help with over a hundred riders - contact Elizabeth Maclay on 01264 738229
