Prizegiving at Clere School

Guest speaker at Clere School in Burghclere was local MP Sir George Young. He presented the “Service to School “Trophy to Alastair Mackenzie, after giving certificates to those who left in the summer.
“This is a happy and successful school, which has prepared pupils for a wide range of careers” said Sir George. He was presented with a cheque to give to his favourite local charity.
Head Susan Marshall, and Tony Davies, Chairman of Governors, also spoke.
