As President of the Andover & District Lions Club, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you all, and thank you for supporting our new Festival Weekend.
This year we have joined forces with the Carnival Committee to give Andover a weekend extravaganza beginning with the Funfair on Friday eve-ning, the Carnival procession and firework display on the Saturday, and the grand finale being the ~ndover Show on the Sunday. This is our major fund raising event, and it is only through your support and generosity that we are to help the needy in and around our community.
Over the past 12 months we have been able to support the Visually Impaired Club, Equal Care and Opportunities Group, Andover Crisis Centre, Victim Support, The Countess of Brecknock Hospice, Andover Young Carers, plus many more.
Special thanks go to all the companies, shops and individuals who have contributed in various ways to sponsor and support this year's Festival. Without this support the Festival Weekend would not be possible. A special mention goes to TVBC who have once again waived all fees for the entire Festival Weekend. -
THANK YOU ALL.
If you feel that you would like to help us in the work we do, feel free to chat to any
Lion members at the show, visit the Lions information tent, or contact me on

Thank you again and have a very enjoyable Festival Weekend.
