Andover Rambler, Ian Duffin, explains to Sir George the impact the Countryside and Rights of Way (CRoW) Act on part of the North West Hamphire countryside.

"Now that parts of the countryside have been opened up, it is important that those who go rambling respect the Countryside Code. I welcome the work of the Ramblers Association in promoting a responsible approach to the enjoyment of our countryside."
