Christening at House of Commons

Alexander Butler – second son of George and Aurelia’s eldest daughter Sophia – was christened in the Crypt at the House of Commons on November 28th.
Officiating at the service was Rev Ray Whettingsteel, Rector at George and Aurelia’s home village of Penton Mewsey in Hampshire, and the newly restored organ was played by Margaret Payne, also from Penton Mewsey. Afterwards, a Reception was held in the Shadow Cabinet room.
