The Vernham Theatre group staged three performances of Dick Whittington, with a script written by local resident David Hill.
"This was a lively performance with wit and spontaneity. Colin Black's Sarah was a traditional pantomime interpretation of the role of the large lady, and Judy Mills scottish accent sounded to me very authentic. It was good to see a full house at the last performance - well done Vernham Dean to show what a small village can produce."
The Play was directed by Peter Terry and produced by Jo Black.
