After the United Benefice Service at St Michaels, North Waltham, villagers from Ashe, Deane, Steventon and North Waltham celebrated Michael Kenning's recent marriage to Valerie.

"It was kind of Michael and Valerie to invite us to the School Hall after the service to celebrate their recent marriage. Everyone wished them a long and happy life together."

The marriage was solemnised at All Saints, Deane on January 3rd, with the Bishop of Basingstoke presiding.

The Rector and Valerie were presented with a picture of Steventon Church from the congregation and a card and a cheque from North Waltham.
