Philip Langley, the local butcher, helped the Dale Trust raise funds at the festival. Visitors were invited to guess the weight of one of his pigs, and had the opportunity to buy some quality meat at the stall.
"The Dale Trust does valuable work with those addicted to drugs, but always need more funds to deliver the services that are needed. Maggie Cunniffe and the team were in top form at the stall, explaining what the Trust does"

Sir George also visited Girl Guides Andover. "The numbers of Guides are rising, putting pressure on the leaders. They need more help, and Carrie Neale (right in picture) is doing a superb job raising the profile of the Guides, and encouraging parents and others to come forward to help run the organisation."
Also in the picture (back row, white shirt) was Divisional Commissioner Stephanie Jones.
