"While I was at Donnington Priory celebrating 15 years of Living Paintings Trust, I met the Chocolate Drop Fountain, which is based in Kingsclere and run by Christine Evans. This added a new dimension to the evening - and some excellent confectionery. Basically, melted chocolate cascades down the sides of a bowl, enabling one to coat strawberries, marshmallows and other food with chocolate. I wish this new business every success in looking for new outlets."
