A two day art exhibition, sponsored by Snappy Snaps of Newbury, was held at East Woodhay Village Hall to raise funds for the local school and church. "This was the 12th such event since 1993, and was very professionally organised. The catalogue had detailed information about the artists, and had a lot of advertising in it. When I went, the hall was very well-attended, and there were lots of red dots on the pictures. Sarah Arrowsmith and her team did a first class job."
"I bought an acrylic painting on canvas by Emma Green, who had a very successful exhibition."
