Subpostmasters from North West Hants joined thousands of others to lobby Parliament. They were concerned at the threat to their businesses from the switch to the banks of benefit payments. (See FAQ's for more details)
"I saw six people, who explained the benefit to their village of having a post office - often with a shop attached. I explained that the Conservatives had launched a debate on the day of the lobby,and that we would be fighting their corner."
