Sir George to back Cameron

"I am of course disappointed that Ken Clarke, whom I proposed for Leader, has been knocked out of the contest. I have seen David Cameron and have told him that he will have my support in the final ballot of MP's tomorrow.
I believe he has the necessary qualities to lead the Party, and to win the next General Election."
