The Conservative Party won the St Mary's Ward by-election in Andover, taking a seat off the Liberal Democrats.
"Jan Budzynski and the North West Hampshire Conservatives fought a hard campaign, with literature and door-to-door canvassing. Congratulations to Jan, who will be a first class councillor."

The Conservative Party increased its share of the vote by 10%, taking roughly 5% from each of the other two parties.
