Princess Anne came to Tadley by helicopter, to celebrate 20 years of activity the the local branch of the Citizens' Advice Bureau - HRH is the Patron of the National Association of CAB's.

After meeting the Chair of the Trustees, Karen Ryder and the Manager, Sue Cutler, Princess Anne talked to the staff and volunteers about the challenges that face CAB.

"She was sympathetic to the funding problems - and I am sure her visit will raise the profile of Tadley CAB and make it easier to approach local sponsors."

Princess Anne unveiled a commemmorative plaque and signed the Visitors' book.

"As the local MP, I know how invaluable Tadley CAB is. For those on low incomes, life has become more complicated. The friendly experts at the CAB help vulnerable people steer round the rocks. Sue Cutler and the team do a first-rate job and I am proud to have them in my NW Hants constituency"
