The Executive Member for the Environment at Hampshire County Council, Jonathan Glen, paid a site visit to Headley to see at first hands the traffic problenms that confront the village.
He was responding to an invitation from the local County Councillor, Keith Chapman, and the local MP Sir George Young.
"I am grateful to Cllr Glen for coming along, meeting a few local residents and discussing some of the options. I understand he will now have a talk to his officials before deciding how best to take the agenda forward."
