Performing at the Village Club in Goodworth Clatford, CADS put on Moroccan Twist, a comic pastiche of Hollywood thrillers from the 1940's.
"This was a fast-moving comedy, littered with the dead bodies of ladies kissed by Lou Hopper, a private detective. CADS played to a packed house, with the cast and crew serving a meal during the interval. It was great entertainment, with a lot of local talent on display. Cliff Tucker, as Lou Hopper, gave a performance Humphrey Bogarde would have been proud of, well supported by his wife Alwyn as Sharleen. The singing and dancing was marvellous, and the critics specially enjoyed Chris Upchurch's performance as Carstairs."
"It is great that a small village is able to put on a series of quality performances such as this, and we look forward to their next production."
