Prof Robert Denning, owner of the Lawn at Whitchurch, hosted the annual church fete.
"This carries on a great family tradition, started by his father Lord Denning, and the town could not have had a better location for its Church Fete."

Attractions included Belly Dancers, Singing for Fun and a Drumming Workshop. "Tim Fisher, in his first year as fete organiser, put on a great show."

Proceeds go to Church funds.
