In order to raise funds to maintain and expand the high quality service they offer, Andover Citizens Advice Bureau were selling raffle tickets.

One of the first to buy some tickets was the local MP and keen cyclist Sir George Young. "I hope someone else wins the bicycle, as I am already well provided. It was generous of Halfords to donate one of the two bikes to be won, and I hope the CAB sell a large number of tickets."

Ange Moon, the Manager, Bill Baughan and Cllr Chris Lynn were amongst those helping sell the tickets and raise about £200.
