The Deputy Mayor of Test Valley, Cllr Brian Page, was wearing two hats when he presented some certificates to volunteers at Andover & District Age Concern.
"Brian Page has been Chief Officer at Age Concern for many years, and is retiring from that post next week. And he was here with a ribbon round his neck as he has recently been installed as Deputy Mayor."

" Age Concern provides a wide range of services from good-value travel insurance to a drop in for tea and biscuits in Bridge St. They are able to do this because of the volunteers who work for Age Concern, and it was a pleasure to recognise their work at this ceremony."
