Eileen Johnstone, a doctor's receptionist, and Jayme Flood, an Andover lad, are taking part in a tough hiking challenge in Egypt to raise funds to help find cures for cancers. They will be leaving on March 14th next year for a week. They will hike 74 kilometers across the Sinai desert, sleeping in a Bedouin tent or under the stars. They each plan to raise £2500, and were helping raise funds in Andover. Cllr Pat Mutton and Sir George dropped by and bought some key rings.
All money raised will go to Prostate and Gynaecological Cancer Research Charities
