A new shop in Upper High Street, Andover was opened this morning by Sir George Young.
Run by Annabel Drabble and Debbie Adams, they described it as a Lifestyle Shop.
"The last time I was in this shop, it was Harveys the Newsagent, which closed a year or so ago. Annabel and Debbie have created more space by removing the counters, have made it lighter and entirely redecorated it. It is a very attractivbe retail environment, selling a range of gifts and household accessories."

Annabel Drabble owns "At Last" opposite, and "At Home" is of a similar brand.
"I welcome this new shop. It is good news for Andover Town Centre as at replaces an empty unit with an attractive new one; and it broadens the range of shops in the High St. I am sure those who shop in Andover will find it a good place to go for presents, and it will help establish Andover as an alternative shopping destination to Salisbury and Winchester."

The shops bank manager, Darren Crispin from Lloyds TSB was at the opening, along with Mandy Edginton who will work in the shop and has experience from Ma Maison and Annabel's mother-in-law Anne Bagot.
