Sir George cut the ribbon to open the Weyhill Furniture Barn, using converted agricultural buildings in Weyhill to provide a showcase for furniture.
"There is a wide range of furniture on display in the barn, ranging from conventional office furniture and modern office furniture to kitchen and other home furnishings - some of it produced on the site. It is a great vote of confidence in the future of Andover that Robert, Chris and Carl have got this enterprise going, and I am sure that it will be a great success".
