The Bishop of Basingstoke, Peter Hancock, dedicated the new pair of church windows at St Mary's in Andover. This was combined with a baptism and confirmation service taken by the Bishop and the Canon at St Mary's, John Harkin.

Present was the Mayor of Test Valley, Zilliah Brooks, and Mel Dowse,m the designer of the window - known as the Pentecost window - together with the generous benefactor, Kate Allen, who provided the funds to pay for it.
