The Bishop of Basingstoke, the Rt Rev Peter Hancock came to the Holy Communion Service on Trinity Sunday at All Saints Upper Clatford, where he dedicated the Solar PV Panels, recently installed on the extension to the church hall.

"The church raised some £10,000 for the installation of these panels, and they generate an income of about £700 per year. This will help maintain the church, and help with the payment of the quota. At the end of the service, the rector David Broad, present Owen Fryer with a picture, to celebrate his 90th birthday. For over 25 years, Owen has helped at the church, assisting at services, and he was given a warm round of applause at the end of the service as he opened the gift".
