Streets Ahead welcomed 12 teams to New Street Football Club, for the 6th festival of inclusive football. Martin Tobin welcomed the teams to the New Street ground, and introduced the patron of Streets Ahead, the local MP Sir George Young.

Sir George thanked Martin Tobin, chairman of Streets Ahead and Sue Simmonds, the social secretary and the rest of the Streets Ahead team for organising this event, which brought the national sport to a wider range of players.

There are many keen footballers, who can't play in the mainstream clubs, and Streets Ahead makes the game available to players with a range of disabilities.

Sir George thanked the supporters, coaches and referees who made the tournament possible, and wished Streets Ahead well with the season that lay ahead.
