A Service of Remembrance was held in the Garden of Remembrance at St Mary's Church in Andover, with the Service being led by The Reverend Canon John Harkin, Mayor's Chaplain. Wreaths were laid by Mark McClay, the Deputy Lieutenant of Hampshire, The Mayor of Test Valley, Cllr Dorothy Baverstock, the local MP Sir George Young and the President of the Royal British Legion, Lt Colonel Brian Page MBE.

Afterwards the Mayor, the Deputy Lientenant and the President of the Royal British Legion took the salute in Eastern Avenue. "As always, the Garden of Remembrance was packed for the Service, and the service took place on a fine autumn day.
