Mark and Elizabeth Maclay hosted a children's celebration, organised by Wendy Davis or Andover Trees United. At the event, the Deputy Mayor of Test Valley, Councillor Jan Lovell, announced the name of the new wood, which was the result of a vote held in Andover. The winning name was Harmony, a name that was suggested by Imogen Jokiel, who was at the celebration with her family. "Many congratulations to Wendy Davis for driving forward the concept of a wood, between Endeavour School in Augusta Park and Enham Alamein, which pupils from Andover schools have been planting over the past 12 months. Wendy Davis wanted to thank the children for devising a large number of names - over 150, which were then narrowed down to 9 which everybody could vote on. I think Harmony is a marvellous choice."
The catering at the event was provided by Sheryl Scott-Clarke, the community champion of Tesco in Andover, and after the picnit lunch, the children were given a trailer tour of the farm at Sladen Green.
