St Mary's Tufton held a Celebratory Flower Festival to raise money for the Church's Restoration Fund. The Festival was opened by the Vicar Kelvin Inglis, and there were opportunities to buy refreshments, home-made jams and cakes. There was musical accompaniment in the church, where there was a display of flowers with a theme of travel.

"Many congratulations to Lynda Frith and the team for organising this festival and for such a small village as Tufton, they did really well to generate a wide variety of attractions, and to generate lots of supporters."
