Sir George supports Motor Neurone Disease Awareness Month
23 Jun 2014
The ability to communicate is a basic human right. But for many people with Motor Neurone Disease this is not possible because MND takes away their ability to speak.
80-95% of people with MND will experience communication problems as their speech deteriorates. That’s why this month I am supporting the Motor Neurone Disease Association who works to ensure that thousands of people with MND have a voice during MND awareness month and beyond.
