The Chairman of Be Wiser, the insurance company based in Andover, invited Sir George to cut the ribbon to formally open their new Head Office in South Street. Sir George was joined by the Major of Test Valley Borough Council, Councillor Jan Lovell. 'It is good news that Be Wiser has decided to expand here in Andover, where they now employ some 600 people. They will be taking on over 100 apprentices soon, making them the third largest employer in the town.'

Mark Bower-Dyke, the Chairman, showed Sir George around the new offices, which used to locate Andover CAB. 'It is good news that, in a very competitive market, Be Wiser is able to expand and build up its customer base. The jobs it has provided have helped to reduce unemployment in and around the town, and it was really good news to hear that they plan to stay in the town for the foreseeable future.'
