Graham Inchley celebrated creating a new world record by breaking open a bottle of champagne with Sir George at Thruxton Race Circuit.

At a second attempt, Graham created a world record by pushing an individual in a wheelchair for 24 hours, and covering more than 100 miles.

"Having waved Graham off in June, when he set off on his world breaking attempt, it was a pleasure to come back to Thruxton, the scene of his triumph, and to see the certificate that he has been given, and to celebrate his achievement".

Graham's first attempt failed on a technicality, but he was successful at his second attempt, having trained for many months. Supporters and members of his family took it in turns to be wheeled in the wheelchair, which Graham pushed continuously for 100 miles.
