William Hague has reshuffled his Shadow Cabinet, and given Sir George additional responsibilities for Constitutional Affairs. Sir George remains Shadow Leader of the House of Commons, while his responsibilities as Shadow Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster are taken over by Andrew Lansley, who joins the Shadow Cabinet for the first time. Sir George takes over the Constitution Portfolio from Dr Liam Fox, who moves to Health.
"I am delighted to be in William's team and working on a new portfolio of Constitutional Reform."
