Four Parishes hold Art Exhibition

The four parishes of Amport, Monxton, Grateley and Quarley held their art exhibition at Quarley Village Hall. On display were pictures by local artist, Andrew Mortimer, being admired by his mother Mrs Mortimer.

The Society's membership is open only to those people living in the villages of Amport, Monxton, Grateley and Quarley, and the borders of the surrbunding villages.
Anyone who enjoys Art or Craft in its various forms and indeed non-participating members are very welcome to join. The Membership fee is £7 per year, payable from September. Visitors to our monthly meetings are encouraged, at £1 per person.
Members only together with invited guests can enter at our exhibitions.


Demonstrations of work and techniques in different arts and crafts.

Lectures and slide shows on various arts and crafts or on related subjects

Workshops, day trips out and an annual picnic.

Monthly meetings are the second Tuesday in the Month, bar January.
Meetings take place in a rota of the village halls.
