Tim Yeo, Shadow Minister for Culture, Media and Sport, arrived at Sandford Springs Golf Club for a round with local Conservatives. He is pictured with Christopher Surtees, who was in the winning team.

"Over 70 people turned out to play golf with Tim Yeo, on a wonderful autumn morning. Each team of four started at a different hole at 9.30, with play continuing until about 2.30 when we had lunch. Tim is a star player, with a handicap of nine, and he put in the longest drive. Many thanks to Col Van der Noot and Lady Johnson Ferguson for organising this successful event."

Next year, the event will be held at Dummer Golf Club.
