"It was a great pleasure to formally launch the Club's Website. Test Valley Lions are leading the way in using technology not just to run the club but to bring together the families and supporters. Grandparents the other side of the world can log on and see their grandson's latest goal; supporters can see when and where the next game is, and get details of the players; club members can email each other easily, and send in their comments on the club's progress. All credit to Dave Cox for putting the site together and keeping it up to date. He and the Club set a high standard for other clubs to follow."

"The Club have also done well to get sponsors for each of the teams, and I was impressed by the enthusiasm of the teams, parents and supporters whom I met at Wherwell Playing Fields. I am sure this encourages the boys to know that they have all this backing."

About the Club
Test Valley Lions are an up and coming football club. With the season just gone they had 4 teams competing in the H.S.A. Saturday league. One team won the league and cup double, another got to the semi final of the cup.
This season they have 5 teams competing in the H.S.A. league, and the u16’s are competing in a men’s 6-aside league.
The club also has a fine football pedigree with many ex players managing sides including an EUFA coach. The Club teaches its boys/girls not only good football techniques but also respect and discipline which will stand them in good stead for not only now but as adults.

Off the field the Club is well supported, running 2/3 social events per year. It has its own committee and sponsorship secretary and they are all committed in moving forward. They have their own web site which allows information on each team including photos, match reports, fixtures, training details, a link to sponsors page and a direct link to all club members.

But what makes this club special is the commitment determination and enthusiasm shown by people, many behind the scenes at the club, who without any personnel recognition contribute many hours of work, also the many sponsors and backers whom make all this possible.
