Guest of Honour at the Presentation Evening at the Clere Schol was Reading Football Club defender, Graeme Murty. Bought for £750,000, Graeme is one of Reading's star players.
After a welcome by the Chairman of Governors, Mr Tony Davies, the Headteacher Susan Marshall spoke to the Year 11 pupils, who had come back for their certificates and congratulated them on their achievements. Graeme told them that life was tough, and urged them to play hard. A vote of thanks was given by Susan Dean, and the Governors Cup was won by Rebecca Raynsford
