Former pupil of Andover Grammar School Gerald "Greg" Gregory spent over eight years researching and writing his book "Aspects of Andover Grammar School 1571-1974" The book was launched at Andover Museum, on the site fo the school before it moved to Weyhill Road.

Speaking at the launch, Sir George said the most popular website was "Best friends", showing that people were interested in their school and the firends they made there. "This book will be on interest to anyone who went to the school, and wants to know more about it. I am grateful to the Andover History and Archaelogical Society for sponsoring it."
