With a by-election pending in King's Somborne ward in Romsey, local Conservatives gathered in force to win the seat back from the Liberal Democrats.
In the front in the middle is Ruth Harper-Adams, the Conservative candidate, with Sir George and Lady Young just behind her. On the right, Dame Elaine and Edward Kellett-Bowman (Elaine is a former MP and her husband a former MEP). Next to them Roy Perry, MEP for Hampshire - checking a photo on his digital camera - and in the white sweater his daughter Cllr Caroline Nokes.
