"Many congratulations to Chris Garner, the Director and to Kath Page, the Musical Director, for this sparkling performance of Bugsy Malone. The children rose to the occasion, and acted with no nerves and visible enjoyment. That enjoyment was infectious, and the whole audience had a great evening. I was glad to get out without being smothered in cream!"
There were four performances, including one for the feeder Primary Schools and for local Retirement Pensioners. Fat Sam was played by Richard Butler, Bugsy Malone by Toby Allen, Tallulah by Rachel Murray and Blousie by Jessica Martin.
