Dear Sir George, we have met and corresponded on RTB - going back to Mrs Thatchers day and you were Chairman of RBS.
Social Homebuy sounds all very well - but they appear to have forgotten something.
Stamp Duty - if you purchase 10% of a £350,000 property you are liable for all of the Stamp Duty adding a further £10,500 to the initial purchase price. The Banks will not entertain these as being part of the initial purchase price.
