| The issue: |
as all our details have now been lost by accident or someone made a lot of money and it has fallen into the wrong hands there is nothing to say that any of the information lost could be cloned soon or in the future are we still going to be compensated in say 6 or 12 months ahead and by then will this goverment then wipe its hands free of the proplem and leave the public to try and sought out the mess. Perhaps we the puplic who are cought up in this should be compensated as we are going to have to do all the work in checking our accounts each month or on-line more often. |

Many thanks for the email via my website. I agree that this is incompetence of the highest order and many questions remain to be answered.
I believe the guarantee which the Chancellor gave would apply, whenever a loss incurred which was related to these discs.
