Congratulations on your website. I had never heard of you (and I guess you had never heard of me!) until today when you were mentioned in depatches as bookies' favourite as the new Speaker.
Curiosity got the better of me and here I am.
What a good site - informative, light hearted and above all pretty transparent on the expenses front.
You almost restored my faith that the House has some honest men left .... almost

Many thanks for the email with its good wishes.
Standing for the Speakership is a big decision, and I need a little time to think about this. It has all happened much more quickly than I thought it would.
