| Inspectors recommendations for Picket Piece |

Sir George,
Could you please give your opinion on the Test Vally Local Plan - Inspectors Report, suggesting that development take place at Picket Piece pre 2011, in case they cannot build the 2500 houses required at the proposed Icknield development in time, rather than at Picket Twenty. The inspectors report states there are no local objections to such large scale development, yet I do not know of anybody (except presumably those selling the land) who had any idea of the extent of building proposed, let alone that it could start next year.
